Dairy & Beef Departments

  1. This class is open to all exhibiting 4-H clubs, FFA chapters and Jr. Holstein Assoc. without entry. No minimum number of animals is required.
  2. 4-H clubs, FFA chapters, Jr. Holstein Assoc. and groups must be identified by an appropriate sign(s). Creativity with decorations is encouraged.
  3. All exhibitors are requested to use the Livestock Exhibitor’s card furnished by the Fair.
  4. Judging will begin at 5:00 p.m. Friday evening and will continue until 1:00 p.m. Sunday.
  5. No judging of Herdsmanship will be done on Saturday while judging is going on.
  6. Herdsmanship awards will be announced at 4:00 p.m. on Sunday.
  7. The top ribbon winner in each department will have their name engraved on a permanent plaque displayed at the Fair Office.
